Sir,
I have purchased the Airtel DTH connection in this month of sept. 2010.and there is free service given by the company for six monts from the purchasing date. There is some problem in my DTH Connection, there is no signal recieve in the Set Up Box. When i complaint about this problem to the company care executives, they told me they registered my complaint and given me the complaint number and given me the time of visiting of the airtel eng. for this problem. But now there is 5-6 days have spent but they n`t solved my problem, every time they given me the new complaint no. and told me to wait till tommorow... so what action would i take about this matter. Here are the complaint no.`s with the dates which company executive given to me.
