Invalid Recharge Voucher

Hi

This is in reference to complaint numbers 538176 and 548829 registered with Airtel Digital TV in the month of January and February. I was given a Airtel Digital TV Recharge Voucher worth Rs. 500 (Serial No. 2090830500136036) by the dealer which on recharging turned out to be an invalid recharge voucher. I was told by the dealer to lodge a complaint for this with AIRTEL and i did so and got the above two complaint numbers. On both ocassions, after a week's time, since the lodging of the complaint, I was called by by the AIRTEL saying that your issue has been solved and you can now try recharging it again with that voucher. But again it ended up unsuccessfull. When I tried to lodge the complaint for the 3rd time, I was told to return the voucher to the local dealer and he will provide me with a new recharge voucher of same value. But on doing so, the local dealer is saying that I have to lodge a fresh complaint for this. I am really upset and fed up of the way the issues are being sorted and till now no solution has been rendered to me nor any compensation for my Rs 500 Recharge Voucher.
