Poor experience with digital tv

Hi,

I am sugumar from chennai, I have taken a digital tv from airtel last year Nov.08 Customer ID 3000048596 for past two days Iam not watching any programmes on my digital tv because of my set top box is not working, I spoke several times in this regard to thier executives Mr. Kingsley, Mr. Karthik and some more, finally they gave the complaint no.734831 dated 28.5.09 but till the moment nobody has come to my house and rectify the problem. I wasted my time to speak with this executives even they are taking minimum of 20 to 25 minutes and they are asking to hold the line

then whom should i contact in this regard and what i will do with is set top box
