Hello,

I bought Airtel digital TV ultra pack from dealer in bangalore. Paid full Rs 2500 with 3 months subscription free for the same on 4th June. Activation happened only on 7th June. Reason given was wrong pin code given by dealer earlier. Due to this they generated two cutomer ID for me 3000896404 on 4th june and 3000907464 on 7th June. On 12th June my service went down I was not able to receive any channels. I called up customer care and they said your account is not recharged and needs to be rechaged for Rs 750/-. I called up dealer on same day dealer did the recharge on same day amd asked me to wait for 1 day. Next day also my service didn't resumed. I called up again to customer care and they said it's been recharged by dealer to old ID and need to transfer it to new ID and it will take another 2 days. Dealer also raised the complaint for the same. Till date my service is not resumed and calling cuatomer care is not helping atall.

It's a situation were I have paid full amount but not able to view any channels almost for a month now.

I have decided to go to consumer court now. Lets see what happens. But urge all those willing to take Airtel connection to think twice before they go for it.
