Airtel TV connection failure

I'm honoured to say that I'm a customer of Airtel Digital TV for the last 4 months. (Customer ID is 3000748333). Unfortunately for the past few days I don't get the connection and it says my Card is not authorised. But, i have taken the package South value plus malayaalam top up and I have recharged it with Rs 850 after the activation charge of 1750, which is for one year. I talked to your customer care exicutive on 18th July furnishing all the details and I was informed that it will be sorted out with in 48 hours and I would get uninterrupted service. But, the problem is still persisting and I want to get the problem solved as soon as possible.
