I made a recharge of 2400 rupees on 13th July with recharge coupons of 500x4 & 400.

Out of which one 500 rupee recharge was not reflecting on to my account. A complain was lodged with the customer care and my concern was shown that I have made the recharge to go for half yearly Ultra Pack and I don’t want money deducted from my account as per monthly Ultra Pack.

I was assured by Three team leaders namely Robert, Karan & Krishna that the account will be reflecting in 12 hours. It took them Six days to resolve the issue by which my account balance was deducted as per monthly charges of Ultra Pack and I was left with insufficient balance to go for Half yearly Ultra Pack.

Now my question is it was a fault from the server end as money was not reflecting onto my account Airtel could have made an extra effort and not deducted any money from my account and would have enabled me to go for Half yearly Ultra Pack.

But it did not do anything like this because for Airtel Money is more important than their Customer.
