I do regular trading in stock market, and I have to keep continues watch on the market, and almost making 10000 to 20000 profit or loss on daily basis.

I have taken this connection (Customer ID 3000235361) 6 months back, assuring me for a full service for the time period. until 6 months I did not have any Problem in the Connection. Once this period was over, it started giving problem. with in a last 5 days, Airtel Set top box has lost the signal twice. I had called up the Customer care executive and logged a complaint, one the fist occasion the engineer came in and provided his service and charged us for Rs300, apart from the regular charges of Rs 100

On the second occasion, today (6th Aug) I had called the customer care executive, informing the lost of signal again, within a time frame of 5 days. I was informed that I would be charged Rs 100 by the Engineer on his visit.since, Our warranty period of 181 days is complete. whereas I can see that there is only a signal lost, and upto my knowledge there can not be any warranty on the services but only on the product. and Signal to the settop box is only the service for which we are paying to Airtel.

I usually sleep by 11 PM, but due to the mental stress given by the customer care executives I am forcefully logging a complaint to the consumer complaints.in expecting a better service to the consumers like me.
