My customer id : 3000144964-001. I am not able to receive any signal. Airtel is asking Rs. 100 for engineer visiting charges. Why should it charge me anything, Digital TV is a service it is providing me same as broadband and not a hardware sale like set top box or computer or TV (airtel doesn’t charge any engineer visiting charges for broadband). If the set top box is not working after 6 months warranty then I should pay but if there is some problem with the disk or cable why should I pay even it is 1 rupee? I want a lawyer to consult and fight a case for consumer against Airtel.
