Recharge of the Account not crediting even after taking money

Hi,

On 12th of August I had done Credit Card Transaction of Rs. 200/- thru Airtel DTH IVR for recharging my account. It asked for my credit card details and finally gave me confirmation number for the transaction.

But when I check my Airtel Account the Amount did not get credited. So I logged into my Airtel Account online and did another Credit Card Transaction of Rs. 100/- and finally it got reflected in my Airtel Account.

But when I received my Credit Card Statement I see Banker has charged for that Rs. 200/- Transaction. I called up the Bank (Standard Chatered) and they told me that my Rs. 200/- has been credited to Airtel (Merchants Account) but when I called up Airtel Digital TV with all the Transaction details they did denied receiving any such money in their account. They lodged a complaint on my persistent request. The complaint number is 956340. For 2 days few folks from Airtel called me asking for more transaction ID details. I provided them and they told me it will be resolved within 2 working days.

To my surprise it did not got resolved and they closed the complaint without even informing me. When I called them for explaination they want me to lodge complaint again without letting me know why the other one got closed. I asked to give to their supervisor and they hung up the phone.

I wanted to know if anyone can help me to fight this out.
