Poor Call Center Services

Yesterday i called the customer care to fix up an appointment for installation and activation of my digital tv. the executive named Harivansh Yadav authenticated my request and gave me an appointment for today at 7pm and also gave me an order id no. for reference. when i called the customer care today just for re-confirmation about the installation so that i can reach my home before 7pm, the new executive named Nitin told me that my installation scheduled has not been done. though i have the customer id with me and the order number also given by the first executive. Mr. Nitin told me that i need to re-schedule the installation and need the voucher id also at the time of booking the installation which i didnt had. i asked mr. nitin to transfer the line to his senior. he put me on hold for 2 minutes and then he disconnected the line. i again called the cust. care and a new guy picked up the phone named Sunil. i told him the same story and he told me that he can schedule the installation if i give him the recharge pin code. i gave him the code but asked him to schedule it for today only. he told me that its not possible for today. he has booked my installation for tomorrow at 5 pm. i requeted him for 7pm as i cannot reach at 5 pm. Now i think i will have to take a leave from my work to get this airtel tv installed... i am scared from the service they are providing in the begining. and dont know what will happen in the future... very bad Airtel...
