AIRTEL DIGITAL T.V
When we on the set up box button some times colors of TV gone out

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Digital TV airtel in month JULY my ID is 3001026354,

My Problem is when we one the set up box On some times TV Colors gone out.

B/w picture comes that time in TV .

Pl give us soluion for the same.

AIRTEL have such type of problem, It is very embrassing.
