Hi.

im bharathidasan frm Chennai..

frm the start i got this airtel digital tv! its problm frm me. my setupbox gone sumwhere, nd sumwhere setupbox came to my home. so serial num is diffrnt due to tht the taken 1 week to solve the problm. so finaly it worked. after 5 months we changed our location. so i just told c.service to relocate the dtv. the done it on next day itself tht is on 24th of aug. im so happy tht the did it immediately. but the same day 4 hours after installation it got disconnected. it says “u r card is not authorized”. wat does it means?. i dont know. so i cald c.service the gave one c.num (964913). nd the told wil cal u. thts it. next day one message came to my mobile. it says u r card is in negative balance. so after tht i realized ohhhh shit okay will recharge immediately. i did it for 500. u guys tought the problm solved. NO... still it remains same. "u r card is not authorized" i cald thm again. Guess wat the said?... the said sorry sir we sent it wrongly! U have enough balance….! Wat the hell with thm. Im so pissed off. Anyway I just told them to work it out. So the gave another c. num (978687) so the will tel in two days the problm will be solved. And after tht one guy will cal us nd he ill ask wther it got solved r not nd he ill tel will u cal back. Thts it he ill never cal us back. I just fed up with this stupid guys. Again after 2 days I cald thm nd same story. Again the gave one c.num (990072). Manytimes it’s a headace process to contect these c.service guys. It ill get disconnected while v talking. Nd we will do wat ever the say like dail 1 to go there dail 4 to go there dial 2 to talk to out excutive nall. After this when the ringing goes the connection will disconnect. Tht time ill think like killing those everyguys working for airtel dtv. Still there r messages cumming to my mobile says negative balance. I don’t know wat to do. I cant type it anymore its paining. Here is sum more (c. numbers 994369, 1002733). Today is 5th of september . still this problm is not solved. Our money is waste. If the don’t know how to solve it r run it why the start this stupid airtel dtv. Seriously im going to do sum action.
