Sir,
My tv is not recieving signal since 7th october and it says that. I contacted customer care of airtel tv imediately at about 1 pm and they assured that service person will visit my place within 24 hour. When nobody came till 9th october I contacted customer care again they assured the same. I contacted again on 10th october but during the conversation the sustomer care person disconnected the phone. I sent an email to airtel tv on 11th. Today is 12th october and nobody had yet came to resolve the problem. Kindly look into the matter and tell me what should I do and how should these days of no service be compensated in my account.
