I have a airtel digital tv connection with name of my father with customer ID 3001312023 since 16 Aug 09.
After 10 days STV (Setup box) can't standby with remote. Then I logged a complain in customer care on 07-10-09 & complain no is 1182667. After that two guys were come on 12-10-09 to our house with wearing two airtel digital tv printed red colour banion They told that your STV will be replace. No work is process so I logged complain on 14-10-09 (complain no is 1226331), 17-10-09 (complain no is 1242236), 19-10-09 (complain no is 1252717), 21-10-09 (complain no is 1266068), 21-10-09 (complain no is 1271080) & 22-10-09 (complain no is1271080). My problem isn't resolve till yet. Even is I was talked with Supervisor of Airtel customer care on 19-10-09, 20-10-09. After that he also avoid my phone. I think that local cable operator are the best as compare to Airtel digital TV .
2nd thing is that I was add ESPN plus package on 22-09-09 but when I called on 21-10-09the customer care to cancel the ESPN plus package, I came to know that my ESPN plus package was already canceled. But till yet ESPN is coming to my STV.
I made a big mistake to purchase Airtel Digital TV. My suggestion is that don't purchase Airtel digital TV in your life. Who will be the responsible for this?
