We bought the airtel digital TV on 19th sept.but till now, i.e., 24th sept, no one came to install it at our house. Is this the service given to customers by the no.1 digital service provider in India?
On your website, it is written that our call centre executives are ready to help u 24 hours, but it takes nearly 15-20 mins for the call to reach them. This is disgusting. On your brochure, it is written that delivery would be made in 72 hrs. This is a complete show-off.we were told by the retailer that compared to others, buy airtel because its service is better. Now we realised what better service u are giving to your customers!
