Wrong amount deduction

Airtel has the worst customer service. They had a technical problem and deducted Rs. 1200 from my Airtel Digital TV subscription. When asked why, they have no reason and tell that the money is reversed in my credit card. I have cross checked with my bank and there is no money there. The service was disconnected from their end on 14th Sept. To date my TV subscription has not been activated and the amount not credited to my account.

When i call the customer care to know about the complaint status, they create a ticket number for every call.. so far I have close to 15 ticket numbers from emails and phone calls. I always give them the old ticket number for follow up, but everytime they create a new ticket number. This is ridiculous and the worst kind of a service I have never expected from Airtel.

My customer number - 3000351757. Complaint number - countless.. still counting on a daily basis...

Would be really glad if this forum highlights it to the right people and gets this rectified.
