I am a subscriber of Airtel Digital TV, I got a plan initially with the set of box which lasted for three months i.e. till 14th Oct. I was out of station from 15th Oct so I did not rechage my account. But as a part of there services they gave a grace perid without my permission, when I tried to get my account recharge I came to know that I was charged Rs. 80 for this grace period. When I tried to get a clarification from Airtel Customer Care I got reply that it is a company policy.
Kindly take this complain as the charges levied to me are without my consent
