Dear Sir,
My self Ramendra Prasad Tiwari, Customer ID-3000080235, I book the service for the relocation of my digital tv connection in the date 22/10/09 Order No-6382572.
Due my transfer (urgent basis) address is changes. The charges for this facility deducted in the same date & give the time slot of 9am on 23/10/09.
But in the date of 23/10/09 morning my all the house hold thing pack & ready to go, I am waiting your service engineer for dismantling of the digital tv but he was not come.
I call on your customer care 10.30am & ask him about when your service engineer will come, but your representive did not give the right feed back,
I am unable to move due to your digital tv connection, after that I am still waiting for your service engineer up to 2pm, between that I call to your customer care to know about your service engineer,
but your representive say that if you have urgency so remove it by own & service engineer installed it in your new address. So that I remove it by paying 200rs.
Your service engineer come on 23/10/09 at 6.30pm & tells me that digital tv receiver is broken, installation could not be possible because of LOS.
So upto now my connection is not done, I do not know where my fault is purchasing airtel digital tv or services are not good. If change of receiver & installation is not possible then tell me
Process of money refund.
