Wrong amount deduction

I have purchase airtel digital tv online on 27 oct.. i booked the economy pack of 3250 for one year .when i was making payment through i-banking thier site said your payment could not be make due to some technical problem so try again after some time and in this way my transaction was made 3 times each for 3250 rs.. I complaint to costumer care and they told me that my two transaction will be refund to my bank account in 72 hour but i havn't get any amount yet and they dont give me proper response even whenever i make complain to costumer care. Please solve out my problem. my customer Id is 3001916651.
