Dear all,
I purchased Airtel digital TV a month back on 12/10/09. Firstly it took 3 days for installation after subscribing and then worked well for about a month. But since 12/11/09 it stopped receiving signal. I complained to customer care for 6 times (complaint no.1469015) but it is still unsolved on 17/11/09.
So if you are planning to buy a DTH service please do not go for Airtel. It is tha worst of all.
