Airtel DTH Complaints - Online Payment - No 15% cash back sent

Hi,

I purchased Airtel DTH by making an online payment in the Airtel digital tv website on 10/10/09. My order no. is 1717847 . The transaction was successful and I do not got the transaction ID. But there was no confirmation sent either by email or SMS regarding my order. I spoke to the Customer care service But they are not able to transfer 15% cash back in my DTH account.
