No channels even after paying money

I had purchased a airtel digital tv connection during diwali with 5 months free subscription. from 27th november the channels for the same have been discontinued by them. Even after lodging numerous complaints they are saying we will do it & they give next day's time. When they want money for the subscription they discontinue our services then what should a consumer do when after paying money we don't get services. I had never expected Airtel to stoop so low.
