Re-Installation Pending Since 16 th June

Bad customer service

Hello,

My Customer ID - 3000629712 . I have registered my order for Reinstalltion at my new address registered with Airtel digital customer care on 16 th June.

Since then again I regeistered 2 complaints for reinstalltion.

Called Customer Care 8-10 times since 16/06/10 . every time I assure to resolve the issue by EOD . (its a Weeks time now).

Still awaiting for their defination of EOD (End Of the Day)

Do some thing
