Sir,

sorry to say about your service. i am highly unsatisfied from your customer care service. i am a customer of your digital tv since last ten months. my customer id is 3001933801. your digital tv is not working since last Friday (20.08.2010) evening.i have made complaint through your customer care on same day. next day i have received a massage over my mobile that your problem has resolved without resolving my problem. till date no one has visited our house to resolve the problem. after making four to five times inquiry from customer care i got only assurance to get resolve the problem within two hours. but very unfortunately my problem is continuing. my account balance is deducting day by day without resolving my problem.

kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem as earlier as possible.
