I wanted to buy Airtel Digital TV so I email on the id given on airtel site that is [email protected], I recieved call and i ordered and made an online payment. after that i came to know this is some VRITI Infocom Pvt. LTD. so I send an email to Airtel again (as customer care didn t answer) I came to know that VRITI is airtel s marketing Partner. but after making many calls and emails I haven t receive any satisfactory answer and response from Airtel. I thinks Airtel is also part of this fraud.
