I am not happy with the services provided in airtel digital tv. I wanted an reinstallation of my digital tv set top box antenna, at my new home, for which i had contacted the customer care n no. of times, and either the engg wasnt available or they voluntarily cut the call in between my complaint..When i asked to transfer the call to the manager, they transferred it to somebody else, who promised to make the connection on the day of complaint and then again a cheat. The other services provide a faster response..I was given a date on june 6, for reinstalling, for my compaint on may 31..Is the service so poor..? and we are still being promised after so many calls, that it would be done today or tomorrow..
