I AM AN SUBSCEIBER OF AIRTEL DIGITAL TV. MY CUSTOMER ID IS 3000068956.

I SHIFTED FROM JAMMU TO TAWANG IN ARUNNCHAL PRADESH AND RECHARGED MY ACCOUNT WITH RS 870/- ON 16 JUN 10AND GOT THE RECHARGE VALID TILL 21 SEPTEMBER 10. HOWEVER MY DTH WAS NOT INSTALLED. I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT AND THE COMPLAIN NUMBERS ARE AS UNDER :-

3190477, 3190670, 3071481, 3190477, 3187111

EVEN AFTER ONE AND HALF MONTHS MY DTH HAS NOT BEEN INSTALLED AND I HAD APPLIED FOR REFUND OF MY ENTIRE RS 870/- AND RS 100.22 BAL IN MY ACCOUNT AS I HAVE NIT BEEN ABLE TO AVAIL ANY BENIFIT OF THAT. TO MY SURPRISE ONCE WHEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH IS THE POOREST AMONG ALL TO MY SURPRISE THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS AGREED TO RETAIN THE CONNECTION. IT WAS SURPRISING AS NO ENGINNER EVE VISITED ME FOR WHIC I LODGED ALL COMPLAINS SO THERE WAS NO QUESTION OF RETAINING THE CONNECTION.
