Complaint No. 1303809 Dt: 26/10 Complaint for No Engineer Visit at my home
I have already registered the above complaints but there is no technician who has visited my home for the query.
The staff who attend my phone all give me a new time that a person will visit my home and will solve the query. But nobody visit to solve it nor even a phone has come to ask the query. I have got rid of the product and I want to just disconnect it as no service after sales is provided.
As per the terms and conditions it is prescribed that such type of complaint will be solved within 24 hours but till now 120 hours passed away but there is no resolution of my query. I dont know what to do.
Even the staff of Airtel cant tell me the responsible person to whom I can contact directly who is responsible for the service to be provided nor they know anything in this matter. They only say that they can only forward the complaint at backend and a person will be sent for the purpose.
Please guide me in this matter as soon as possible
