Pl. note they are booking the cylinder after every 30 days and then delivering after 10 days after repeated reminders, hence for big family single cylinder cannot last for 40 days.
One recent problem which we had faced is they had booked and when we tried calling the helpline number it is saying that the cylinder is delivered but we had not recieved it.
