Non performance of DTH & WORST CUSTOMER CARE

I have purchased AIRTEL DTH on 27.01.2009 since then its not working fine. According to the installation Technician's/Engineer's purview there is some problem in SET TOP BOX & OR DISH and needs to be changed. It has not ever worked fine for 5 days continuously. The Customer care for AIRTEL DTH is WORSE OF THE WORSTS, They have just one point to say "WE ARE VERY SORRY and will rectify with in 2 hrs which will never happen and again if you give the complaint the customer care has to say"WE ARE VERY SORRY and will rectify within another 2 hrs" and niether this process ends nor the AIRTEL DTH gets rectified. i strongly recomned never to buy AIRTEL DTH
