Few years back we subscribed Airtel fixed line connection (0120-4324985), in the month of november we thought of unsubscribing Airtel connection so we placed a request a request of disconnecting our services on customer services number so we were informed that it would be disconnected, few days back when I called up to heck the status they told me its been disconnected so I asked the executive that "How can I talk to you when Line is already disconnected" instead of answering my question this fellow disconnected my call, then a week later I visited Airtel noida office I explained him whole situation he convinced me that your line will be disconnected just pay your last bill so I did as I was told to do so, but a month later I again recieved a bill and I again visited Airtel noida office then I was informed that actually we have disconnected your broadband service which I never subscribed for because I don't have any system at my place and I was surprised with the answer so scolded him him badly, the fellow again told me that this time it would be done and I trusted that fellow which was biggest blunder of my life. Next month I again recieved a bill this time I have Decided that I am not goin to pay any bill until and unless my line line gets disconnected, on 10th of may a lady called Reena singh called me up she told me that she is calling from court lady misbehaved with my mother and also misbehaved with me and my sister, my landlord which is not acceptable she told me that if I 'm going to pay last 515 Rs I'm not going to recieve any calls and line will be disconnected and she gave us number which was later found to be a fake number now I have again recieved a bill and again these guys have started calling us, Its a kind of mental torture for us because we compelled to pay bill for a service which we have not been using from months now please save us from this mental harassement
