Change in friendz rental

Hello,

i am using friendz prepaid [old] from maharshtra. Our daily rental was 50ps but today i got an sms about daily rental to be 1rs. How can this change be implemented without notifying earlier?

I guess this is not a good policy and airtel will surely loose thousands of their...
