I want to convert my sim in LTV Plan

Sir,

I want to convert my sim on Life Time Plan with Rs 495 my no is 9934892514. I have purchase this sim in year 2005 Aug. But they say ur sim is on nokia bundle offer and u could not convert ur sim in Life time Plan. Now i am not using any offer feature on this no then why i could not convert my no in Life Time Plan.
