Wrong Charge

I have been charged Rs 990 in the month of September for down loading games - for which I complaint to their customer service and also filed written complaint at [email protected]. I did not get any response from either option.

I am again and again getting message for charging Rs 99 for down loading these games inspite of my complaint to airtel. The latest message I got is on 20th October at 2.18pm.

I had written to airtel that I have not down loaded any game but they still maintain that the amount so charged is correct.

I am planning to take this issue at any level.
