Charging more Amount in Billing

Dear Sir,

With ref to complaint no 94330122 dt 24 Aug 09, I have to state that India Games has been provided to my Internet connection wef 07 Aug 09.

It was told to me that INDIA GAMES is helpful for my children"s Education, whereas it was false statement passed by them.

I have requested to unsubscribe this INDIA GAMES vide ref no quotted above after using only for 17 days.

But, they are charging bill of 60 days ie of 02 Months against 17 days use.

My request is __ I should not be charged billing of 02 months for 17 days use.

An early action is expected.
