Services failure, poor quality of response

Dear sir,

i m a costomer of airtel. i have a internet conection of airtel, which is conect through simple lancable (ethernet). but before take this connection, i say to your local area incharge that i want to net with "USB" cable . but he provide me net with simple lancable.after that i talked to costmor care & superviser .then after that he said to me that we will provide USB after three days. then i waited them.after three days he said to me that we are sending USB within 3 hour .but after 3 hour he toled to me that we can't provide USB. because this scheme hase closed.during in this three days i was waiting to USB.and this time was very valueble for me.and i was must need of USB.and i was hope that the USB provide to me.but it could not happen.if the superviser told me in the starting that this scheme is off then i thinked about another solution. and also the behaviour of all person was not well.
