Airtel Kerala - prepaid
Receiver is not attend the call the money is deducting from my account

Dear sir,

I am a prepaid customer of airtel india - kerala. The problem i am phasing several times were i am calling to middle east. The issue is that when some times I am calling to there before hearing the ring sound itself they are showing me the phone is connected and mymoney is going, same tme i cant hear anything from the other side too, but recentely last friday the same happends and my uncle calls back to here and he told he were not attend anycalls in that time means My money is cutting by the same company before connecting to the receivers side ir before pick up frm ther reeciver side. So i lost my money several time, how can i get my lost money back also how can i avoid the lossing of money like this.
