I filed a request on customer care for the disconnection of landline and broadband connection on 6th June 09. My phone and broadband was disconnected on 11th of June 09. I have submitted dues for the month of June. But the bills are still comming. When i go to Airtle office about this issue nobody wants to talk me. They are saying first pay the bills then we talk about it. The details are as below.
