Using abbusing Language and give threaten comments

I am Using a Airtel Connection No 0129-4014870 at Faridabad. New Delhi - INDIA, From last Six Month i requesting to M/S Airtel to close my connection. In last four month every time airtel people's comes and asking for bills no one is take care for closing the connection.the bill is generating month by month. Now Finally i stop the making payment which i pay every time whether i am not using a single call or one minute internet usage.

Lots of calls are coming on my phone regularly. I told them to come and close the matter by taking 50 % payment.they agree on that but not giving assurity to close the connection. They are saying that is not our depp. work and said we are from collection depp. only, to close the connection is another depp work.

Now today i got a call from collection depp.first they said for payment. When i told him to come and collect the payment thent he is starting to abbusing language.i loosemy temper and also abbuse him. But it is very bad exp in my life. Some one is threat you to kill for only for Rs - .These collection agencies make wrong P/R development between service provider and consumer.

First of all I want to meet that person who used that language... it dose't matter where we meet either in his office or anywhere he want.

Now i will not pay any pending bill even i want to claim harasment case in consumer court.

Please let me know if there is any other way.
