Unnecessary Clip & Top-up Charges Levied

I am a landline subscriber of your airtel with phone# 011-42424947. I have

got the bill for the duration of 23/09/07 - 22/10/07 (Inv# 452692794 dtd

24/10/07 & A/C# 11595515). The bill is having few incorrect figures. They

are

Top-Up Scheme Charges - Rs 50.00

CLIP - Scheme Charges - Rs 25.00

Both these heads are shown in the last three bills also. As we didn't

notice the same earlier, the issue wasn't raised. Can you please rectify

the current bill and remove these two scheme charges (as we never

subscribed for these two). Also, please adjust the over payment we made in

the last three bills (Rs 75.00 X 3 = Rs 225.00) for these two heads. The response from their customer care is ridiculous. They are not agreeing on adjusting this extra charge. I am going to get our connection disconnected
