Not getting monthly bill

i am abdul maajeeth..my land line number is 08040906005..i am not getting the monthly landline bill... my last date is 17th... last month bill i didnt get still now... same think happened last month also... i have given complaint last month... no response from ur side... pls kindly take action about this issue...
