I have a airtell no. 09935058333 of post-paid connection (Freedom-plan) about 9 months ago. According to this plan i had given Rs.1500 for this connection, after 6 months i have got bill of Rs.1355 including advance 6 months rental fees of Rs. 896. Due to shifting my job from u.p. to jaipur i paid my bill delay $ according to retention executives of Rs.1400 and they commited me that my no. will be start within 2 days. Now after 12days continuesly i m in touch with ur call center and Shikha srivastava (C.R.E. of shan traders, civil lines, allahabad) $ they r saying that ur no. is permanentally disconnected. So PLEASE take a quick action and start my no. as i had paid my 6 months rental advance of Rs 896 and seeing my old payment records otherwise i will be force to not have faith in AIRTEL...
