Incoming block

My airtel no is 9816955375 and when i bought this number my incoming is block. where as I have submitted all the required documents (voter id card1). The airtel claims to maintain standard service to their customer but this all are the nonsense. When I called up to customer care representative 4 times to solve this problem, all they have differenent reason to block incoming. somebody says that sir you recharge first, and other one says change your sim to other mobile. idiots
