Hello Sir, I m Suit R. Ghadage. I am Airtel user since last 3 yrs.12118 is gprs departmrnt's no of ur company charges @ 50pcs/3 min. I hv no objection on this, but when v call on this no. many of times call goes in waiting status for 5-10 or more than 10 mins... in such cases if v cut the line without get connected to ur executive inspite of that ur company charges 50pcs/3 mins. Sir this is not fare. So I request u to recover this as early as possible... 1st thing this longer waiting time n 2nd thing such wrong charges its too responsible for our unsatisfaction... I hope u will take some action..otherwise we will take it from our side..U kindly mail me ur response on [email protected].
