Harrasment met while demanding for a new sim when sim gets blocked

Dear sir,

i am the owner of airtel mega lifetime phone, which i baught in 2006. the sim got blocked on december! from that time i am running from door to door of airtel office in bokaro, sec4! but the representatives are always bluffing! i am fed up! i also posted a letter to the patna head office! but have not got any reply! please help!
