No incoming calls from selected mobile

I have no incoming calls from my wife mobile (aircel) after i had proting my mobile no aircel to airtel my wife trying to dial me receiving voice the "number is could not be complete" so where is the problem from aircel or airtel?

any body know pls solve this problem
