Air tel pre paid connection was taken on 5.4.2009 the number of which is 919878546756. connection worked for two but later incoming got discontinued. I contacted moble store from where I got new cell phone and air tel connection where I was assured that incoming will be activated by evening. I waited for two days and when not activated I again contact mobile store where I was told to cotact airtel office. I went there on 9th april and gave complaint for which I receied message of complaint vide its number/ref nu. 0409025546. I was told that the number will working within 24 hcourt. I waited again for two days. Again I contacted airtel office sector 35 on 13/4 again I was told that the number will be working within 24 hcourt. To my surprise, now outgoing was also stopped. I again contacted mobile store and airtel office on 17.4.09 again same reply was given that your connection will be restored by evening/morning of 18.4.2009. Today When I contacted one of the representative of airtel office at his moble number 9815001672, Mr. Kultej working with airtel office sector 35 to whom I consuctively met 3 times with my complaint I was told to contact after some time. The way I have been dealt with by airtel is found shocking. The aforesaid shock has forced me to submit compliant whic I think can help me.
