Transfer of mobile connection from J & K circle to Karnataka

Sir/Madam,

I want to suspend my connection from Jammu, since i am at Karnataka and continue with services of karnataka with the same plan 599. Send emails also, no response. Please suspend my no at Jammu and intimate. I am incurring incoming roaming charges. Practically not feasable to go to Jammu and give application since i am at Bangalore for 06 months for official reason
