Dear Sir,
Parmeshwari marketing, an sales agency of Airtel (Confirmed by Airtel customer care and gallery) have collected 666 Rs in cash against recharge of my prepaid no. on 01.08.08 with a commitment of recharging the new plan with in 2hrs. My account doesn't reflect the money yet and they don't answer our calls and/or come up with weired excuses.
Please advice and take action on the same as it clearly refects an case of fooling customer against cash receipts.
