Billing issue and Very poor service

HIi All,

Airtel Karnataka (Banglore) is providing the worst support and & customer care in the World!!I am working in Corporate company and had taken Nine (9) sim cards for me and my family but after one day ttwo nummbers had been given to some other person and 2 simcards not even registered and the address verification person came on 4th December and all the formalities had been done but still now nothing they had done not even enabled my outgoing. After several call and mails still no update and I called customer care and finally asked them to cancell all my numbers as it is no use for me to have the mobile with out outgoing. They had disconnected by gods grace and not they had sent bill by mail for those 4 days without outgoing which included for even the deactivated sim and the Bill for two numbers which had been given to some other person is also is in my name. I had sent mail but still no update on that. The worst and pooverest service by AIRtel if it still continous regarding my bill then I need to go to consumer court.
